We offer a wide range of standard alloys and almost limitless possibilities for custom grades for your most demanding applications. These alloys can be delivered as raw castings or any mill product form that best suits your needs. We work with you to develop the most cost effective processing sequence that minimizes your final component costs and optimizes material properties.

Titanium and zirconium alloys are formulated and consolidated in our Induction Skull Melter. After the initial melt, they are melted one or more times in our VAR. Reactive metal grades are also multiple melted directly in our VAR. Non reactive metals, i.e. nickel or cobalt or iron based alloys are melted in high grade refractory lined VIM furnaces. Our entire process chain is designed to optimize cleanliness and product purity. You are welcome to visit and watch your alloys being manufactured.
